LatinLIFT: Breaking Barriers in Early Childhood Education

LatinLIFT is empowering Latinx early childhood educators through mentorship, advocacy, and professional development. However, shifting political policies—like Project 2025 and the Latino Community Plan—are creating new challenges, including immigration fears, funding restrictions, and workforce instability.

In response, our fellows are leading initiatives to support educators and families by advocating for sanctuary schools, forming action committees, and providing vital resources.

Together, we can create safe, inclusive, and equitable learning spaces.
